Reporting to the Product Owner within the Technology function, this role empowers the successful candidate to champion a data-driven approach within the eCommerce sphere.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A proven track record in constructing and conducting A/B and multivariate tests, utilising platforms such as Convert.com, Qubit, Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.
- Proficiency in website technologies, including HTML, CSS & JavaScript, with a preference for those experienced in the Magento platform.
- Competence in analysing digital user behaviour through tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Content Square, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless implementation of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies.
- Experience in managing website content through content management systems, with the ability to articulate reports and key findings to both the team and senior stakeholders.
