Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will have a balanced skill set, with expertise in both User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design. If you have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centric design principles, and the ability to communicate effectively, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform the design process.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
- Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and project requirements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in a design agency is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- UK-based with eligibility to work in the UK.
