My client is a leading provider of business intelligence solutions and they are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join their highly skilled engineering team in Cardiff.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable data processing platform using Python, Airflow, AWS services (Redshift, DynamoDB, S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, API Gateway) & Terraform
- Develop and deploy business-critical APIs for secure high-volume data delivery
- Write clean, efficient Python code and integrate with cloud environment
- Collaborate with team to solve complex technical challenges
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in commercial Python development for production APIs and data pipelines
- Experience with AWS cloud services (Redshift, DynamoDB, S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, API Gateway) & Terraform
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to mentor and lead on complex technical issues
