Senior Performance Marketing  - Birmingham / £40k-£45k


This role will suit a marketeer who is an expert in paid digital advertising with a specialist knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, and who is looking to develop their digital marketing knowledge and work in a fast paced, high growth environment.



  • Paid digital strategy and development: Working alongside our Acquisition Lead to develop, test and implement new and exciting digital strategies in the UK other international markets as we expand
  • Paid social management: developing & running all paid Meta activity in house, as well as looking for new platforms we can test
  • PPC management: developing and running all paid search and shopping activity in house, looking for ways we can expand and grow the accounts
  • Digital attribution and reporting: Run regular reports on our account performance, with deep dives into creatives, audiences, platforms and incrementality
  • Influencer support and promotion: supporting on paid influencer campaigns, boosting activity within our paid social accounts
  • Creative briefing, testing and reporting: briefing the creative team on assets for all platforms, creating weekly/monthly reports for the wider team, and testing as much as possible to build up a pool of learnings
  • Titkok, SEO and affiliate support: if an area of interest, there will be opportunities to expand knowledge into paid Tiktok management, SEO and Affiliate marketing, supporting the wider team on ad hoc projects



  • 4+ years ‘hands-on’ experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable understanding of D2C digital marketing campaigns, specialist knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other paid media channels such as Tiktok, PPC, and display. Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and affiliate marketing is a bonus but not required.
  • Evidence-led data focused individual, used to using a test and learn approach to grow digital accounts and increase new customer acquisition in an efficient and effective way
  • Proven ability to run high budget accounts, and use holistic attribution methods to evaluate the incremental performance of acquisition activity across multiple channels
  • Experience briefing, testing and iterating creatives for paid digital, with an understanding of creative best practice across Meta, Tiktok and display
  • Comfortable working at pace and able to keep momentum on multiple tasks concurrently. Able to understand when to shift focus in line with team priorities.
  • Communicate clearly and kindly, and build excellent relationships and get the best out of those around you.
  • Strong excel skills and analytical mindset
  • Managerial experience is a bonus
