Paid Media Manager - Full-time / Nottingham / £40K
I am working with a marketing agency who are seeking a paid media manager to join their team. Their many services include SEO, PPC, web design, development, and e-commerce integration.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the optimization of client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of KPIs.
- Effectively manage campaign budgets and provide oversight.
- Regularly report on paid search campaigns to Account Managers and clients.
- Stay abreast of platform and industry changes, updating strategies accordingly.
- Analyse marketing campaigns to identify growth opportunities.
- Shape the brand vision, strategy, and budgets.
- Craft and execute engaging multi-channel campaigns to enhance brand visibility, boost sales, and foster consumer engagement.
- Develop and manage the Digital Marketing strategy across paid media channels, enhancing customer experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate on full-funnel marketing campaigns with various teams including Brand Management, Digital, SEM, and SEO.
- Enhance brand identity, propositions, and awareness through research and analysis of market trends and competitors.
- Deliver regular reports on key metrics and KPIs, with recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in paid search channels, proficient in Google Ads, Google Shopping, GA4, GTM, and Paid Social.
- Passion for paid search with a keen awareness of platform developments.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to justify recommendation
- Hands-on proficiency in campaign creation, tracking, testing, and analytics.
- Strong forecasting and budget management skills.
- Previous experience managing substantial search budgets.
