Senior Paid Media Manager - Remote / £42k - £52k / Full-time

I am currently working with an exciting agency that is looking for a senior paid media manager with e-commerce experience to join their team. Their company primarily operates within three key client verticals: travel & experiences, high-growth start-ups, and high-end e-commerce. This is where you come in.

As a Senior Paid Media Manager: E-commerce, you'll have the opportunity to direct and manage the paid media for some truly inspiring businesses. From high-end pyjamas to iconic swimsuits and quality furniture, the products we work with are anything but ordinary.

Tired of being overwhelmed with accounts? Think of them as a lifesaving floatie. You’ll never handle more than five clients at once, allowing you to dedicate more time to their growth. They manage accounts like a boutique strategy consulting firm rather than a traditional performance agency. While you’re responsible for the success of your accounts, you'll collaborate with senior team members and receive support from motivated juniors and technical experts.

You should be excited to think beyond standard campaigns. With high-consideration products, a full-funnel, 360 approach to problem-solving is essential. You'll analyse, strategise, and execute paid media campaigns, provide input on creative briefs, and evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets.

Qualifications:

  • Must have E-commerce experience
  • The products they market involve complex consumer buying journeys. A superficial understanding won’t suffice.
  • You’ve professionally run Meta ads for 4+ years and TikTok ads for at least 2 year, preferably at an agency.
  • You should be adept with both small and large budgets, comfortable handling various responsibilities.
  • The role requires both analytical and creative thinking.
  • Candidates should be inquisitive, eager to learn, ask questions and have the ability to multi-task.
  • As this role is fully remote, you would need to be confident in working on day-to-day task independently.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Great attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Great team players: They work hard and are highly motivated, but they also enjoy their work. They value team players who look out for others and enjoy being social. The team works mostly remotely but meets up for trips around the world.

Benefits:

  • The freedom of working remotely, but with trips every year to meet up with the team. Team trips to places like Barcelona, Nice and Mallorca (2-3 per year).
  • £500 one-off allocation for home office set-up.
  • Bonus depending on performance...and much more
