  • Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and best practices within the retail domain.
