We are recruiting for a Recruitment Insight Consultant to join our Bristol based office.
Salary: £20-24k + commission
In this role you will focus on lead generation by building rapport, and gathering insights from all those you speak to.
You will be given all the information you need to make successful outbound calls and support to candidates and the open market to understand the current industry trends.
In this KPI-driven role, you will also undertake administration tasks by recording relevant information into our CRM system and following up on leads.

Previous recruitment or outbound calling experience would be beneficial
