An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager in the Transformation and Service Directorate. This is an exciting, busy and challenging time for our client.
You will be supporting the planning, development and implementation of a range of projects that fall within the scope of the clinical programmes. This includes analysing complex data to take a population health management approach to help design new models of care, with a focus from prevention through to end of life.
As a Project Manager your focus will be on providing quality support through best practise project/programme management. You will be collaborating with key partners and stakeholders to deliver.
This is a varied and stimulating role with plenty of opportunity for further professional development.
