Our client is UK based design consultancy who’s currently recruiting for full time Programme Director.
You will be managing profitability and be accountable for contribution target, come up with strategies to improve profitability. You will be working with customers to champion digital leads in highly complex or tightly regulated organisations who wants to make a difference. Partnering with our client to drive sustainable, customer focussed change.
Collaboration and teamwork are key in this role. You will have great soft skills, the ability to communicate effectively both with our client and external, and skills to develop relationships in a confident and friendly manner.
You will oversee project delivery support client and account development, manage client relationships and support client development plans.
You will have extensive work experience in digital industry, either in creative agency, experience of leading a cross disciplinary team in an agile way.
You will have authority and experience to play a leadership role and you will model great problem-solving skills to your team.
Out client is looking for someone who has strong client facing skills as well as great delivery experience. You will help their team to develop relationships with new and existing clients, and act as senior operational contact for several accounts.
