I am currently recruiting for a Product Manager to join a growing Tech Dept within Bristol and help them form a Product team.
Responsibilities:
• Create clear OKRs for the team to help them efficiently execute and ship work, delivering
value for our business and users
• Translating user needs and initiatives into well-written user stories with clear acceptance
criteria to enable effective delivery
• Helping the team define minimum viable product
• Research, synthesise and share user data with your team to inform future iterations
• Communicate product direction and the rationale behind it clearly to build consensus around
your recommendations
• Take ownership of prioritising backlogs with product teams and ensure benefits,
dependencies and risks are communicated clearly and regularly
Essential
• Comfortable with the ambiguity that comes from working in a fast-paced environment and
adaptable to changing market needs
• Equally adaptable to working with senior management and team members alike
• Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical
audience
• Strong analytical skills and able to cut through opinions with data
• An expert in customer-focused product development and comfortable working across all
different stages of the product lifecycle
• Experience with prioritisation frameworks, requirements gathering and user story writing
Desirable
• Experience in the travel industry
• Experience with Behaviour Driven Development
