Product Design Engineer (SolidWorks & Sheet Metal)

I'm seeking a talented and experienced Product Design Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the entire product development lifecycle, from concept design to manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new sheet metal products using SolidWorks
- Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for manufacturing
- Understand and apply sheet metal fabrication techniques (folding, bending, punching, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing teams, and other stakeholders
- Conduct design reviews and ensure designs meet all functional and aesthetic requirements
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in sheet metal design
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Design Engineer
- Proven expertise in SolidWorks with a strong understanding of sheet metal design features
- Excellent understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
