Principle C++ Engineer || Remote with quarterly trips || £70K + Equity (base negotiable with lower equity)
My Client are looking for a hands on Engineer with a strong leadership mindset to join this profitable early stage Company at a Principle level. The software you'll be working on helps to empower developers to create voice enabled apps and products utilizing speech recognition. The company have been bootstrapped and has numerous paying customers so is ready to grow their small tight knit team.
Qualifications:
- Extensive C++ experience
- Experience with Speech Recognition (ASR, NLP, LLMs, Dialog Management etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Python Experience
- Machine learning skills: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Deep Learning, Language models etc.
- Has worked within start ups/scale ups
