Location: Remote within the UK

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-performing web applications using PHP, jQuery, and some Vue
- Write well-documented, efficient code following industry standards
- Translate technical requirements into functional solutions
- Contribute to agile working practices and complete code reviews
- Conduct comprehensive testing for debugging and ensuring software reliability
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PHP and experience with frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) in PHP
- Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git, with experience in branching strategies
- Understanding of web development concepts including RESTful APIs and MVC architecture
- Knowledge of relational databases is essential, non-relational databases are an advantage
