Head of Paid Socials - Bristol / Hybrid / £35k - £40k


I'm working with a start-up sporting company are seeking a visionary Head of Paid Socials to spearhead the company's digital footprint. If you're passionate about leveraging social media platforms to drive impactful campaigns and thrive in a creative, collaborative environment, then you're in the right place.


Location: Remote

Salary: £35k - £40k

Employment Type: Full-time


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Manage, optimize, and create compelling ads across platforms such as meta and Google Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and generate leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features across social media platforms.
  • Work closely with the head of marketing.


What You Bring:

  • 2-4 years experience in the paid ads space.
  • Knowledge on the sports industry / sports season is an added bonus
  • Previously worked in smaller organisations .
  • Has experience delivering successful campaigns.
  • Lead generation.
  • Ability to multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines effectively.
