Paid Media Manager - Manchester / £35k-£40k / Hybrid

 

Currently working with a fashion house based in Manchester who are looking for a talented paid media manager to join their team and drive their digital marketing efforts to new heights.

Requirements:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, and CTR
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are cutting-edge.
  • Monitor budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Report on campaign performance to senior management and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or similar role in the fashion retail industry (at least 3 years)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and paid media channels.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
