Paid Media Manager - Manchester / £35k-£40k / Hybrid
Currently working with a fashion house based in Manchester who are looking for a talented paid media manager to join their team and drive their digital marketing efforts to new heights.

Requirements:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, and CTR
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are cutting-edge.
- Monitor budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Report on campaign performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or similar role in the fashion retail industry (at least 3 years)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and paid media channels.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
