Are you tactically driven with great customer services within the technology market?

As an Operations Manager you will oversee the companies’ strategies, evaluating all operation functions implementing and improving processes throughout the company.
Customer service and collaboration will be vital in this your role and you will be making sure that customers’ needs are always met. Equally you will be developing processes and systems for any new ventures.
You will have worked in similar technology environment and have at least 5 years’ experience of working in customer service and operations environment.
