Marketing Specialist - Bristol / Full-time / £25K - £35K
Looking for a marketing specialist whose expertise will be the driving force behind the brand's ascendancy.
As a dedicated Marketing Specialist, you will craft and implement a dynamic marketing strategy that aligns with the company's ambitious growth plans. Harnessing deep market and customer insights, you will be the architect of a compelling marketing plan designed to meet market demands and solidify the company's position as an industry leader.
The role demands a creative, results-driven individual with a zest for marketing and the ability to deliver exceptional outcomes. Your remit will encompass the full spectrum of marketing activities, requiring you to forge strong connections with Sales, Customer Care, and Administration teams.
With control over the marketing budget, you will adeptly negotiate contracts with external agencies, ensuring the organisation reaps maximum value.
Responsibilities:
- Managing events, campaigns, branding, and lead management, with a focus on increasing lead quality and driving robust lead generation initiatives.
- Provide clear and meaningful weekly reports to the management team.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing plans.
- Collaborate closely with sales to refine lead handover processes.
Qualifications:
- Higher or further qualification in marketing or a related field
- CIM qualification is seen as advantageous.
- At least two years of experience in product marketing management within a B2B/B2C environment is essential, along with a proven track record of lead generation and growth delivery.
- Digital literacy, particularly in social media, IT technologies, and analytics, is crucial, as are excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
