Marketing Manager - Manchester / Hybrid / £40k
Currently working with a well-known fashion retail company that are looking for a marketing manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute a bespoke marketing strategy to captivate target audiences across diverse channels and segments
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate engaging content that resonates across multiple platforms
- Analyse data to gain customer insights, understand consumer trends, and conduct market analysis
- Establish and track bespoke analytics and KPIs, presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead initiatives in email campaigns, performance marketing, social media, and website optimisation
- Devise and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to enhance lead generation and revenue growth
- Enhance the customer journey with targeted communications
- Manage the marketing budget effectively
- Guide the creative direction of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand vision
Essential Skills:
- Creative and strategic thinking capabilities
- Proven experience in data-driven reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush), Google Analytics, and HTML
- Track record of nurturing and leading marketing professionals
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Aptitude for managing concurrent projects with finesse
- Courage to challenge conventional thinking and introduce innovative concepts
