Marketing Manager - Manchester / Hybrid / £40k


Currently working with a well-known fashion retail company that are looking for a marketing manager to join their team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a bespoke marketing strategy to captivate target audiences across diverse channels and segments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate engaging content that resonates across multiple platforms
  • Analyse data to gain customer insights, understand consumer trends, and conduct market analysis
  • Establish and track bespoke analytics and KPIs, presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Lead initiatives in email campaigns, performance marketing, social media, and website optimisation
  • Devise and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to enhance lead generation and revenue growth
  • Enhance the customer journey with targeted communications
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively
  • Guide the creative direction of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand vision

  • Proven experience in data-driven reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush), Google Analytics, and HTML
  • Track record of nurturing and leading marketing professionals

  • Aptitude for managing concurrent projects with finesse
