Marketing Manager - Full-time / London / £35k

I am working with a production agency who are looking for a marketing manager to join their growing team. Ideally someone who has come from an agency background and has got experience in the creative aspect of marketing.


  • Ability to take lead in the marketing efforts and confidently work across multiple channels while exploring newer and less-used tactics.
  • Drive growth and help achieve the business and marketing objectives.
  • Regularly track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with other agencies and collaborators.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the target customers through comprehensive market research.
  • Ensuring their offerings are not only relevant but top of mind for their target prospects, ultimately helping them build a highly qualified sales pipeline.
  • You will be responsible for building and executing all aspects of our marketing plan, including events, content, social media, PR, case studies, thought-leadership materials, awards, SEO, PPC, and more.
  • Manage and allocate a marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong ROI on all expenditures.


  • Over 4 years of experience in a marketing role within an agency or service-based business (as opposed to a product-based business).
  • Strong understanding of the production, marketing, and social media industries.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a busy agency environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using project management and CRM tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Trello, Hubspot, or similar platforms.
  • Confident in producing both short and long-form written content
