Marketing Executive - Bristol / £30k-£35k / Hybrid

 

Currently working with a client based in Bristol who specialise in tech and AI and are looking for a marketing executive to join their growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding their reach and driving growth. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll join their dynamic commercial team. Your responsibilities will include managing the website, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring their digital presence aligns with their strategic goals. This role is perfect for those seeking a blend of hands-on campaign management and strategic thinking in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies by contributing ideas for campaigns, target audiences, and messaging.
  • Lead and manage specific marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Manage their website, overseeing content updates, SEO optimisation, and performance analysis to align it with their marketing objectives.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms (blogs, social media, newsletters, sales materials) to highlight their offerings. Additionally, manage and grow the CEO and Co-founder’s social media presence.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Conduct market research, identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to expand reach.
  • Assist in organising events to showcase their innovations.
  • Analyse marketing performance, track KPIs and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
  • Develop customer personas and journey maps. Optimise marketing efforts for better engagement.

 

Qualifications:

  • While previous experience is beneficial, we prioritise eagerness to learn and grow in marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • A passion for crafting compelling content and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to quickly learn about their products and services, and effectively communicate their value.
  • Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Familiarity with marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Apollo) and social media platforms.
