Lead Network Engineer, F5 Specialist

You will be working as an F5 Specialist Lead Network Engineer for a global organisation in their Chertsey offices.
You will be working as part of their global networking team, planning, designing, developing and supporting world class Enterprise level Networks.
If you love Network developing, incident management, and solving real world complex networking problems, and getting involved in Platform Engineering and automation then this might very well be the role for you. They are aiming to automate all as much of their operational activities as possible, so experience with REST API, Automation, Scripting and Python is definitely beneficial.
F5 sits at the heart of their Networks, covering all traffic from customers to applications, and they need an expert in F5 with 4+ years strong experience to fill their current F5 knowledge gap.
F5 isn’t everything though! They work with a wide range of technology, and you will get the chance to significantly expand your networking/automation knowledge.
They’re based in Chertsey.
This role is currently fully remote in line with Covid Restrictions, but they are looking for someone who can come in to the office 3 days per week when things settle.
Necessary skills:
- 5+ years working within Network Engineer with strong network architectural experience
- 4+ years working with F5 BIG-IP- They need an expert
- Experience with Network Security
- Automation experience is a bonus
What will you get in return?
- Salary up to £65,000
- 5% performance bonus
- 2 days remote working a week
