The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be the first line of contact for resolving technical issues experienced by our staff. You will troubleshoot a wide range of problems, diagnose the cause, and implement solutions to ensure smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and in-person support
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users on resolving IT problems
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Reset passwords and manage user accounts
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
  • Maintain knowledgebase of solutions for common IT problems
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A positive and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
