HR Adviser – up to £35,000
A leading independent insurance broker is currently looking for an HR Adviser to join their bustling office in Sunbury-on-Thames. They’re looking for someone to join the HR team and assist across the board in Recruitment, Operations and BAU HR responsibilities.
Role:
- Assisting with Recruitment from end-to-end, liaising with agencies and contributing to the interview process
- Working with ER cases
- Working with other manager, advising on people policies
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience working within HR, preferably in a Financial Services setting
- Experience working with Recruitment, operations and ER cases
- CIPD Level 5 or above
Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Determined and proactive
