HR Adviser – up to £35,000

A leading independent insurance broker is currently looking for an HR Adviser to join their bustling office in Sunbury-on-Thames. They’re looking for someone to join the HR team and assist across the board in Recruitment, Operations and BAU HR responsibilities.

Role:

  • Assisting with Recruitment from end-to-end, liaising with agencies and contributing to the interview process
  • Working with ER cases
  • Working with other manager, advising on people policies

Essential Skills:

  • Strong experience working within HR, preferably in a Financial Services setting
  • Experience working with Recruitment, operations and ER cases
  • CIPD Level 5 or above

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Determined and proactive
