Head of Technology Delivery Management - Bristol - Competitive Salary
My client is looking for a Head of Technology - Delivery Management, to get on board with them in central Bristol. In this role you will support, facilitate and manage the technical delivery process. Providing leadership to a team of experienced multi-channel digital professionals working across product management, business analysis, customer / user experience and interaction design. You will have a proactive and professional approach when engaging with Senior business stakeholders and the other members of the company. You will also be hands on management of a portfolio of projects.
Skills & Experience required:
Prince 2 Practitioner (Although their default approach is Lean / Agile)
Have previous experience delivering major digital projects, which demonstrates a portfolio of experience in; custom software, high availability IT infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), Package / service implementation, business change, cloud services.
Have experience in setting up as well as delivering projects and programmes.
4+ years' experience working with technical teams in an Agile environment
2+ years' experience in Agile Project Manger (or Scrum Master, or equivalent) role
Be understanding and manage any issues facing the team members and Senior Management
