Head of Marketing - London / £65k-£75k / Hybrid
Currently working with a client of mine who are seeking a head of marketing to join their team in London. You will lead the company's marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals. Oversee all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and driving qualified leads. Position them as a thought leader and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals.
- Manage marketing budget and optimize spending based on performance.
- Implement multi-channel marketing approach (inbound, ABM, content, events, SEO/SEM, social media, PR, sales enablement).
- Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and consistent messaging.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies for lead nurturing and client retention.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Identify and address skill gaps within the team, providing development opportunities.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing team and track progress.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership role (agency or B2B service)
- Proven track record of successful marketing strategies driving lead generation and growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (inbound, SEO/SEM, content, social media, marketing automation)
- Experience with CRM marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)
- Expertise in data analysis and marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
