Head of IT Service Delivery

Bristol, Permanent

Up to £55,000k (dependant on experience) + benefits

As a Head of IT Service Delivery collaboration and teamwork are key in this role. You will lead and develop smaller but growing team providing outstanding service to their clients. You will be continuously improving, changing the platforms.

Able to communicate effectively both with client and external team and have great skills to develop relationships in a confident and friendly manner.

You will have authority and experience to play a leadership role and you will model great problem-solving skills to your team.

You will be part of leadership team and be responsible from start to end delivery process across the functions team as well as have extensive work experience in IT Service Management. You will possess excellent client facing skills, you will be very comfortable engaging at senior level and building multiple stakeholders’ relationships. You will also have strong and proven ability to work well under pressure.

Prince 2 qualified and degree or equivalent is essential for this role.
