The Role
As Head of Design, you'll be the driving force behind our creative vision. You'll lead a talented team of designers, oversee the entire design process from concept to execution, and ensure that our design output is consistently world-class. You'll also play a key role in client workshops, presentations, and pitches, translating complex strategies into compelling visual narratives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic design leadership and direction for the agency
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing design team
- Manage the design workflow from brief intake to project completion
- Ensure design solutions are innovative, user-centered, and aligned with client goals
- Lead client workshops and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts

You'll be a perfect fit if you have:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience leading and managing a design team in a fast-paced agency environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional digital design work across various platforms
- Proven experience in user-centered design methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
