This data management company are excited to onboard a first line support specialist within their internal technical and user support team, based in the North of England on a hybrid working basis.

����

The key focus of this role will be to engage directly with clients, providing support and acting as first response to any support tickets raised, providing feedback or updates and progressing resolution with the relevant internal teams and ensuring all tickets are accurately logged.

The desirable contender will be an organised individual who is confident in translating technical feedback to an end user, ideally knowledgeable in working databases and Microsoft office products (outlook, excel, PowerPoint)
