Digital Marketing Manager - London / Hybrid / £45k-£50k
I am currently working with a retail company who are looking for a digital marketing manager to oversee their online marketing strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and best practices. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring their digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Manage and optimise all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive decisions and optimise strategies.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and online sales goals.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
