Digital Marketing Manager - Full-time / Hybrid / Hull / £40-£50k

I am looking for a digital marketing manager to join a growing marketing team based in Hull. My client is a retail company so retail background is a must. The ideal candidate will maximize opportunities through PPC and social media channels, collaborating closely with Facebook, Google, and Microsoft teams to test and launch new products across search, social, video, and display platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Oversee organic search efforts (SEO) to enhance website visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Develop and execute a holistic digital acquisition strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison with digital agency partners, collaborating to develop and implement a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Continuously conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize landing pages, ad copy, and user experience for maximum conversions.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Over 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proven success in developing and executing digital acquisition strategies.
  • Strong expertise in paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
