Desktop Support Engineer
�� 5 days onsite in Derry, Londonderry
�� Up to £35k (based on your experience)
My client is an award-winning software company and they are now looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their growing team.
��Key responsibilities:
- Providing prompt resolution of day-to-day issues related to user PCs, laptops, and other devices. (Win11/iOS).
- Account setups, access configurations, and security as per company standards.
- Supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and video conference rooms/systems.
✔Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Windows, and iOS.
- Technical knowledge of installation and maintenance of personal computer hardware and printers.
- Knowledge of endpoint management systems like, Intune, SCCM, Jamf, and Manage engine.
