I am currently recruiting for a Billing and Collection Manager in Bristol where you will manage a team of 8 and be accountable for over 1000 Invoices/Bills Circa £10 Million per month.
This is a brand new role created due to internal growth where you will bring together two business-critical teams who are responsible for the billing and collections processes.
Managing a team of eight people, your key responsibilities will include;
- Managing the billing processes and systems to deliver accurate billing for my client’s customers.
- Continuously improving customer experience and managing customer contact to ensure service level agreements are achieved
- Ensuring effective management of accounts throughout the debt recovery cycle to achieve collections targets
- And, of course, developing and engaging your team to ensure they continue to excel as a high performing and efficient team.
