£120 OTE (£60-70k base)
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking for a role where you can make a real impact and be rewarded with uncapped commission?
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to join an ambitious and fast-growing company. This role will be field-based, so you will need to be a self-starter, able to work autonomously.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in sales or Business Development, and a successful track record of developing and managing existing accounts. We are looking for someone who has previously worked in an industrial, chemical or pharma organisation.
In this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of existing customers, building relationships, delivering excellent customer service and achieving targets. This is an exciting and rewarding role and you will have the opportunity to shape your own success.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving growth. You will need to be highly motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
