Business Analyst 

Job description:

You will be working alongside other BA’s, Project Managers and SME’s from the business teams to help understand, elicit and document business requirements through a series of workshops. This role is focused on the Credit Management aspects of the business and so strong experience of processes in this area and the related processes with various 3rd parties is essential.  Using an Agile approach and working with an offshore team in a DevOps environment, you will need to hit the ground running. 


Mandatory experience:

  • Minimum 5 years Business Analysis experience
  • 2 project lifecycles using an Agile methodology, User Story creation, Dev-Ops environment
  • Excellent organisation, facilitation and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent team building skills
  • Strong Experience of Microsoft office, Visio, Sharepoint

Advantageous experience:

  • Utilities sector experience
  • Billing programme delivery
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience, preferably in Finance and Operations modules
