Role: Business Analyst
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Location: Swindon, Lincolnshire, Gloucester or Oxford
Pattern: Hybrid – 2-3x per week on-site
Vitals: Technical skills, Change, Off-the-shelf, Leadership

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and carry out business change.
- Analyse and report on the current state of the business.
- Approach job from a technical and operational level.
- Deliver multiple projects, involving BA, process engineering and design/analysis of data.
The Perfect Candidate:
- Experience with defining and realising a project.
- Experience leading a project through concept to completion.
- Capability in a technical aspect – systems, software, technical product.
- Previous experience seeing through an off the shelf software or system.
- Excellent communication and understanding of business process / change.
