Brand Proposition Manager - Hybrid / Birmingham
Working with a food retail client of mine who are growing out their teams and are looking for a brand proposition manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing compelling brand propositions within the food retail or FMCG space. This role will be responsible for crafting and communicating the brand's unique value proposition to both consumers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a compelling brand proposition that resonates with their target audience
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify brand opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Develop brand guidelines and standards to maintain brand identity
- Measure and analyse brand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the brand proposition
Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years in a manager position, preferably from a retail/FMCG background
- B2C experience
- Must have experience managing team
- Proven track record of developing successful brand propositions
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
