Brand Activation Manager - Hybrid / Birmingham

 

Working with a food retail client of mine who are growing out their teams and are looking for a brand activation manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully executing brand activations within the food retail or FMCG space. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative brand activation programs that drive consumer engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand activation plans aligned with business objectives
  • Identify and partner with key retailers and current brands to execute effective in-store promotions and events
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
  • Track and analyse brand activation performance metrics to measure ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer insights

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2+ years in a manager position, preferably from a retail/FMCG background
  • B2C experience
  • Must have experience managing team
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and consumer behaviour
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
