Affiliate Marketing Manager - Full-time / Hybrid / £40k

My client is seeking an affiliate marketing manager to join their dynamic retail team. They pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service to their valued customers. As they continue to grow and expand their online presence, they are also expanding their marketing team.

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through their affiliate marketing channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit, manage, and optimize relationships with affiliate partners to maximize sales and ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the affiliate network.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners that align with the brand and target audience.
  • Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners, providing support, communication, and incentives to maximize performance.
  • Analyse affiliate performance and ROI to optimize campaigns and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in affiliate marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years proven experience within Affiliate or (Digital) Marketing.
  • Intermediate data analytics skills with ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.
  • Knowledge of standard and current affiliate industry practices with an aptitude to learn.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop content that serves the company goals both short and long-term.
