Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, focusing on the overall engagement, health and development of key accounts. Having a confident approach in stakeholder management and enterprise or complex solution sales with the ability to carry out the entire sales cycle, from referrals through to closing.��

��You will receive full support to tackle the following challenges and responsibilities across this role:-

• Engaging and building relationships with key stakeholders up to and including c-suite level
• Understanding & articulating business drivers, pains and company value propositions
• Demonstrating the value of our solutions and building compelling proposals
• Navigating complex organisation structures or deal cycles to win the deal
• Meeting sales targets and accurate forecasting
• Creating, executing, and maintaining account development plans
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain business account management by up-selling and cross-selling in order to grow the base size
• Build strong customer relationships, engaging the client at Key Decision Maker level in order to identify, qualify & close solution opportunities
• Develop sales strategies into the account base to increase sale revenue
• Accurate qualification and forecasting
• An eagerness to learn, get stuck in and try things
• A methodical, customer-centric, consultative approach
• Pragmatism and enthusiasm
• A level of emotional resilience and a calm head under pressure
• Honesty, respect, high standards and to share our passion for making a difference


You will receive a basic salary up to 45k (increasing as per OTE) as well as a generous workplace pension scheme, death in service life cover and share options.
